WOW! What a great work-bee!! Al Amira Temple No. 157 Daughters of the Nile gathered in support of the Fort McMurray Nile Club to make heart shaped pillows that will be sent to the Montreal Shriners Hospital for Children. We
were very happy to be able to lend our help to make their annual project a reality after the devastating fires and subsequent evacuation of their city in May. Two ladies from Fort McMurray as well as 23 of our members snipped,
sewed, stuffed and stitched 268 pillows!!!  We enjoyed a great lunch and day of fellowship! Thank you to everyone for volunteering your time today. "We have fun so the kids can run!" — Queen Estelle Barrett

The Masonic Day Parade held at Fort Edmonton Park June 24, 2016.  Queen Estelle was asked to bring greetings.  This was our brand new Banner.  This will be an annual event.  We have been asked to help in next years Masonic Day.  Great exposure for Daughters of the Nile.
